World’s first flying car to start the FAA Type Certification process

ASKA™ A5 is a real flying car – and it’s moving skyward! This aerodynamic, electric 4-seater Drive & Fly eVTOL is designed for maximum safety standards and a 250-mile flight range. A5 is capable of both vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) and short takeoff and landing (STOL) to fly as an aircraft.

The full-scale prototype received Certificate of Authorization (COA) and Special Airworthiness Certification. Our company signed a five-year Space Act Agreement with NASA in 2020 to participate in NASA’s Advanced Air Mobility National Campaign (AAM), jointly organized with the FAA. We are progressing towards our next milestone, G1 status.

Our engineering team has an incredible synergy of talents from the Aerospace, Defense and Automotive industries. We have a proactive, hands-on approach to solving challenging technical problems. The AS is designed for maximum safety standards, enabling us to advance and successfully meet all FAA safety requirements for COA and Special Airworthiness Certification.
